Discount Tire

There was some kind of mix up with some tires I ordered and I ended up with tires other than what I ordered. Will followed up with me a couple of weeks later wanting to know if I still wanted the tires I ordered. I explained what happened and after I filled out a survey Brad, the store manager called me and wanted to correct the situation. He couldn’t have been any nicer. I appreciated his quick reaction and willingness to solve the issue. I will continue use Discount Tire for my tire needs.

Worst discount tire I’ve ever been to. Just moved to the area from Alabama and had to take my 2 piece wheels to them to fix a valve leak on the passenger front wheel. It took 5 different techs and an advisor just to unmount the one tire and wheel, they’re reverse mount but it shouldn’t be that complicated to a franchised shop to do it as it didn’t at my old local Discount Tire in Alabama. And on top of that they didn’t rebalance the tire after remounting which made me have really bad shaking when I left. And then when I got home I saw they didn’t put the original valve cap that came with the wheels which are $20 brand new with shipping.

I came here with my tire in the trunk expecting to have to buy a new one, but Manny at the front desk (with 8 people in the waiting room) said “let’s go take a look.” Turns out all I needed was a patch, and they do that for free- even for a first time customer. They were so lovely and understanding and knowledgeable. What I thought was going to be a $200+ issue was entirely free and took about 15 minutes. They even inflated my other tires and put the spare back in the trunk for me. I will definitely be returning for future needs because this is a business to which I actually want to give my money.

Great service and attention to detail! I had my tires rotated and balanced here and they fixed things the other discount missed. I was having some vibration at my steering wheel and they found and fixed the issue. They also pointed out that my tire pressure was a little high and to get the best life out of my tires that I should consider lowering it some. Thank you for not rushing through it and making sure everything was right.

Great service and even better prices. Did a walk-in service request on a Monday for a new set of tires on my classic car. They squeezed me in without a problem. I highly recommend this shop. They handled my car with so much care and compassion like it was their own.
